Oil and Tea of the Month - March

Starting early is the key to getting on top of allergies and hayfever which is why both our Tea and Oil of the Month for March have been chosen with allergies in mind.

Nettle is a nutritive herb, rich in minerals and vitamin C which has a natural anti-histamine action and is often helpful when dealing with allergies. Nettle tea sipped throughout the day, soothes the irritated mucus membranes in the nasal passages and helps to cut down the body's allergic response. Nettle tea can be drunk freely, warm or cold.

We suggest using Nettle Tea in conjunction with our Plantain & Eyebright compound, which combines anti-catarrhal and restorative herbs for help with chronic nasal catarrh of the sinuses, ears and throat. Add to this our Nettle Blend, a combination of herbal tinctures traditionally used to help relieve the misery of hayfever and allergic rhinitis, and you’ve got yourself a mighty trio of remedies that’ll happily see you through the allergy season.

SPECIAL OFFER FOR MARCH - Buy D. Atkinson Plantain & Eyebright along with our Nettle Blend and get a FREE D. Atkinson Nettle Tea

As those of you who suffer from summer allergies know, one of the biggest issues can be dealing with stuffed up nasal passages. Our Vapour Ease is a blend of three pure essential oils to decongest, clear and invigorate. Eucalyptus is a powerful decongestant which is especially beneficial when blended with lavender which, in turn, is a gentle and versatile oil, helpful in dealing with respiratory problems. Refreshing peppermint is excellent for clearing catarrh, beating mental fatigue and relieving headaches. Dilute 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil for massage or put a couple of drops in an oil burner with water.

Vapour Ease is for external Use Only. Caution required for pregnancy and those suffering from Epilepsy.

SPECIAL OFFER - Vapour Ease WAS £4.90 but now just £3.50 until the end of March
